# Creating New Projects

This article explains how to view all projects and create new ones.

You need to be assigned with the [Create Project permission](/v1/docs/how-to-define-roles-permissions) to be able to create a new project.

## View All Projects

New projects can be created on the **All Projects**page.

1. [Log in to Panaya](/v1/docs/how-to-log-in-to-panaya)

## Create New Project

1. Click on Create Project

2. Depending on your Panaya subscription, you can select from the displayed project types.

## Project Types

### **Testing**

Use the Testing project type to manage tests, defects, and requirements/features, depending on your Panaya subscription.

### **Ongoing Changes**

A project where you will be able to manage fast and safe change delivery.

3. If you have multiple systems, select the relevant one from the list of systems.
4. Give the project a meaningful name.
5. Select the project Manager.

- **General Applications** Allows defining the applications where changes are planned in this project's scope.
- [**Project Risk Indicator**](/v1/docs/how-to-read-the-risk-cockpit-for-a-release)
- **Total Requirements** The number of linked Requirements in this project
- [**Assigned Releases**](/v1/docs/my-release-dynamix-portfolio)
- [**Extraction Date**](/v1/docs/where-can-i-view-the-extraction-details)
- [**Approval Workflow**](/v1/docs/how-to-configure-the-approval-workflow)
