# Connection to Panaya

Please ensure that your organizational IT allows internet connection to all sites. If your IT blocks access to external sites by default, please request that the following domains be whitelisted. These domains should be whitelisted if the connection to Panaya is blocked by [Proxy settings](/v1/docs/test-automation-proxy-settings), Antivirus, VPN, Firewall, Anti-Malware, etc. [Click here for the list of required domain access](/v1/docs/whitelisting-panaya-domains).
