# Contact Support

2. Click on the **Help**button > **Contact Us > Contact Support**

### Creating New Support Cases

1. Click the **Contact Support** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-J6GINO51.png)
2. Fill in the form and include as many details as you can ![](https://cdn.document360.io/f404076c-de23-4609-848e-2dfd4ef701b0/Images/Documentation/image-1747224431254.png)
3. You can choose the Case Type between **Technical Support**and an **Idea.**
4. Upon completion, click **Submit.** The case will be created and sent to the Panaya Support team.

### View All Cases
