If you are trying to export Tests and encounter the error displayed here, try the suggested solutions below. 

  1. Add Panaya to your Trusted Sites
  2. Use a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox
  3. Turn off pop-blocker in your browser that  may be preventing the download of your export request -

    Turn off Pop-up Blocker in Google Chrome
