Before you continue - 
Validate Prerequisites with the Basis Team

  1. Ensure that all prerequisites for Panaya Testing are met
  2. Verify all required authorizations apply
  3. Make sure that your IT admin successfully installed the Panaya Recorder & Player

Solution 1 - SAP Client Settings

  1. Follow the instructions to define your SAP Client settings to work with Panaya Testing
  2. Check to see if the problem persists
     

Solution 2 - Run as Administrator

  1. Try to launch your browser as administrator and do the same for SAP Logon.
  2. Check to see if the problem persists
     

Solution 3 - SAP System

Please verify that Panaya is installed on the relevant SAP system.
 

Solution 4 - Citrix Connection or VPN connectivity

If you are using a Citrix or VPN connection, please be advised that both the SAP and the Panaya sessions should only be run from the same machine or the same remote connection. Please contact the IT team within your organization and verify that both SAP and PANAYA are enabled on the same remote connection.
