White screen prevents access to Panaya

Try to disable Compatibility View
  1. Open Internet Explorer and press ALT on the keyboard
  2. From the menu that appears, select Tools and then Compatibility View Settings.
  3. Remove all websites from the list and uncheck all three check-boxes.
  4. Click Close.

Re-launch Internet Explorer and check to see if the problem is solved.
