- Check with your Panaya administrator or Project Manager within your organization that an Active user is defined for you in Panaya.
- Panaya has two main sites, check your Panaya URL to verify you are resetting the password from the relevant server -
https://emea.panaya.com OR https://my.panaya.com
- Check to see your Spam / Junk folder
- Check to see that your browser is supported by Panaya
