How to retrieve the SM37 Job log for Panaya Support?

If you encounter issues when trying to extract your Custom Code, you may need to retrieve your Job Log and share it with Panaya Support.

  1. Execute the SM37 transactionSelect all Job statuses and then Execute
  2. Select the Job name beginning with ZPANAYA
      
  3.  In the following screen, select Edit > Export > Local File
     
     
  4. Select the HTML format option, and then 
      
  5.  Define the directory and file name
     
     
  6.  Click Generate

The Job log file will appear within the defined directory.
