How to change Owners and/or Approvers in a Project Approval Workflow?

Panaya provides a default Approval Workflow for Release Dynamix that is incorporated in any newly created Projects.
This article explains how you can change Owners and/or Approvers for an existing Project Approval Workflow.

To change the default Owners and/or Approvers for the Project: 

From within a Project - 

  1. Select the Overview tab and select Project Details 
  2. Scroll down to the Approval Workflow section
  3. Find the Approval Step for which you wish to change the Owner or Approver and set the relevant user 

Good to Know!
Applied changes will only affect newly created Requirements, but you can easily change the Owner or Approver for a specific Requirement only - see below. 

 

To change the Owner or Approver for specific Requirements only: 

From within a Project - 

  1. Select the Development tab
  2. Select one or more Requirements / Features
  3. Click on Approval Workflow

     
     
  4. Define the Approval Step for which you wish to change the Owner or Approver and set the relevant user

Good to Know!
You can change the default Approval Workflow and then align any existing Requirements
