How to Scope?

Scoping is easy with Panaya.
Each activity in Panaya has its own Priority- determined by Panaya, and Usage - determined by your custom code.
Correction activities as well as defects also contain the complexity parameter.
These parameters along with others can assist in the scoping process.

You can sort and filter activities, or use various reports in order to decide what activities should be in or out of scope.

  • Scoping a Test Activity

1. To set a Test activity as out of scope, open the activity details and select the General Tab.

2. Under "In scope" select NO.

  • Correction and Defects

1. To set a correction or a defect as out of scope, open the correction or defect details page.
2. Change the Status to Out of Scope.
