How to fix expired Salesforce token for authentication?

Panaya Release Dynamix for salesforce requires for an authentication to be established between your Salesforce organization and Panaya. Read more about how to setup Salesforce authentication

To fix any authentication issues - 

  1. Click the Settings button to open up the Settings panel
  2. In the Salesforce section select to Manage Authentication
  3. Verify that pop-ups are enabled. For each organization, click on Disconnect, then try click on Connect.
