Microsoft Edge - "Your browser is not supported by Panaya" - Error message

If your Microsoft Edge version is supported by Panaya but you still receive the following message, follow the suggested solutions below.

Clear your cache and cookies

  1. Open the new Microsoft Edge menu and select Settings
  2. In Settings, select Privacy and services
  3. Scroll down to Clear browsing data, and click on Choose what to clear
  4. Define the Time range. It is recommended to select All time.
     
  5. Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.
  6. Re-launch Microsoft Edge and check to see if the problem is solved.

Clear Temporary Internet Files

  1. Open Internet Explorer, select Tools   and then Internet Options
  2. In the General tab > Search, click on Settings
  3. Click on View Files.
    The Temporary Internet Files folder will appear. Delete all content within this folder.

 

  1. Open Internet Explorer, select Tools , Internet Options
  2. Navigate to the Content tab and select to Clear SSL state

Re-launch Internet Explorer and check to see if the problem is solved.

If you cleared cookies, cache and SSL certificate and the Panaya Application does not load, proceed to the Disabling Compatibility View.

  1. Open Internet Explorer and press ALT on the keyboard
  2. From the menu that appears, select Tools and then Compatibility View Settings
  3. Remove all websites from the list and uncheck all three check-boxes
  4. Click Close

Re-launch Internet Explorer and check to see if the problem is solved.
