"Input string was not in a correct format" - Error message

If you encounter the error message while trying to setup HPQC, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Ensure that you enter a resolvable URL (e.g. http://hpqcdemo.panaya.com/qcbin) and that it matches what is configured in myTest for QC if installed.
  2. Log out of Panaya
  3. Follow steps 1-4 as described in Step B of the Panaya Testing with HPQC setup
  4. If the issue persists, log out of Panaya and clear cache & cookies. Click here to learn how.
