Having trouble logging in to Panaya?

  1. Before you reset your password, verify that you are trying to log in using your specific Panaya URL, depending on your specific Panaya site: https://my.panaya.com  or https://emea.panaya.com
  2. Try to log in using a different browser (Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
  3. Check to see that your browser is supported by Panaya

In order to reset your own password:

  1. Go to the following link (depending on your specific Panaya site):
    https://my.panaya.com  or https://emea.panaya.com
     
  2. Select "Reset Password / Account Locked?"

     
  3. Fill in your email and click continue
     
  4. A "Mail Issued" notification will be displayed
  5. Check your mailbox. You should receive an email with a link that will initiate the reset password process. Click on it.
    Note that the link is only valid for 24 hours or until your next password recovery attempt.
    If you did not recieve the email, check to see your Spam / Junk folder

  6. Now type in your new password. The password must be at least 8 characters and include at least one number and at least one uppercase and one lowercase character. 
    Type the password again and click Save.

  7. Login to Panaya with the new password.
