Issues when loading a Panaya Project

If you are experiencing issues when trying to log in to Panaya, please follow the instructions below, depending to the URL you are using to log in to Panaya. When you are complete, share this information with Panaya Support.

 

If you use emea.panaya.com

  1. Navigate to -
    http://t1.re.
    Click on the Speed Test button. Once the test is complete, take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
  2. Open Command Prompt window (Start > Run > cmd) and run one of the below command - 
    Ping emea.panaya.com
    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
  3. Open Command Prompt window (Start > Run > cmd) and run one of the below command - 
    Tracert emea.panaya.com
    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
  4. Open another tab on the browser where you use Panaya and navigate to https://emea.panaya.com/app/general/health_check.jsp 
    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
  5. Please specify the geographical location of the user experiencing the issue

 

If you use my.panaya.com

  1. Navigate to -
    http://my.panaya.com.t1.re.
    Click on the Speed Test button. Once the test is complete, take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
  2. Navigate to -
    http://t1.re.
    Click on the Speed Test button. Once the test is complete, take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
  3. Open Command Prompt window (Start > Run > cmd) and run one of the below command - 
    Ping my.panaya.com
    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
  4. Open Command Prompt window (Start > Run > cmd) and run one of the below command - 
    Tracert my.panaya.com
    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
  5. Open another tab on the browser where you use Panaya and navigate to https://my.panaya.com/app/general/health_check.jsp 
    Then take a screenshot or copy and paste the information to a text file and share with Panaya Support
